I’m Dakota, an ISSA-certified personal trainer and nutrition coach specializing in holistic postpartum nutrition and strength training. I am also a mom of 3!
I help women rebuild energy, strength, and confidence after pregnancy through sustainable nutrition and intelligent training — without restriction, extremes, or burnout.
My approach considers the whole picture: hormones, stress, lifestyle, and real-life demands of motherhood. Instead of pushing harder, we focus on working with your body to create lasting results.
All coaching is provided 100% online, with personalized nutrition guidance, home or gym-based training, and supportive weekly check-ins.
This is not about “bouncing back.”
It’s about rebuilding — with clarity, support, and intention.
